These terms govern your use of the Tancello website and any order you place with us.

Age restriction
Tancello products may only be purchased by, and delivered to, people of legal drinking age in their jurisdiction. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement. We may request proof of age on delivery and reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
Orders and pricing
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Prices are shown in your local currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.
We take care to ensure product information and pricing are accurate. If an error occurs, we will contact you before dispatch and you may confirm the corrected order or cancel it for a full refund.
Delivery
Estimated delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Someone of legal drinking age must be present to accept the order.
Cancellations and refunds
You may cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us. After dispatch, our refund policy applies.
Intellectual property
The Tancello name, logo, artwork, recipes, and site content are owned by Tancello Pty Ltd. You may not reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.
Responsible enjoyment
Our recipes and content are provided for enjoyment by adults of legal drinking age. Please drink responsibly and never drink and drive.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the value of that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
